Terms & Conditions

By submitting payment for the ElevateHER Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservation & Payment

A reservation is confirmed only after your application has been approved and the required deposit or payment has been received. All payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments made toward the ElevateHER Retreat are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you are unable to attend, your reservation may not be transferred without prior written approval from ElevateHER. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the retreat, late arrivals, early departures, travel delays, or missed activities.

Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for securing their own airfare, passports, visas, and any other travel documentation required for entry into the Bahamas. ElevateHER is not responsible for costs incurred due to denied boarding, travel interruptions, or documentation issues.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. ElevateHER is not responsible for losses resulting from events outside of its control.

Health & Wellness

By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs prior to arrival. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that participation in travel, wellness activities, excursions, and related experiences involves inherent risks. ElevateHER, its owners, staff, contractors, partners, and venue providers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in the retreat except where prohibited by law.

Itinerary Changes

ElevateHER reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, accommodations, activities, speakers, meals, or experiences when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, vendor availability, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its control. Comparable substitutions may be provided when possible.

Photography & Media Release

During the retreat, photographs and video recordings may be taken for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. By attending, you grant ElevateHER permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in future marketing materials unless you provide written notice prior to the retreat.

Code of Conduct

ElevateHER is committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and vendors. ElevateHER reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate without refund.

Force Majeure

ElevateHER shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or inability to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or acts of God.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand that they form a binding agreement between you and ElevateHER.
